Position Details:
This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. No nights. Business casual dress code and standards are required. Must have valid drivers license to operate van for campus mail and package delivery.
Hourly Compensation: $16.50-17.50 USD per hour

Responsibilities
The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Must have valid driver license and clean record to operate campus vehicle.
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
