Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in customer relationship and people management, expert customer service, corporate hospitatlity service delivery and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities
Site Manager will manage an on-site team to support the office service, shipping & receiving, mail and hospitality operations in the corporate facility. Additional duties include:
- Office Services - Copier maintenance - Key-op duties, paper stocking, supply procurement, troubleshooting equipment issues
- Corporate Hospitality - Including ownership of environment presentation of conference room facilities
- Shipping & Receiving - Maintain accurate records of mail and packages, utilize available package tracking technology to ensure chain of custody and accountability
- Communication - Maintain timely and effective written and oral communications with internal and external customer
- Administrative Tasks - Complete as assigned
- Reporting - Provide daily/weekly/monthly volume reports in accordance with established policy
- Training - Support and coordinate staff training and floater training
- Floater Coverage - Coordinate PTO coverage with Ops Manager
Qualifications
Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as hands-on experience using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
- Competency in multitasking
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
