Overview
IST Management is seeking an Entry Level Part Time Day Porter/Office Services Associate to join our Miami team! Entry Level Part Time Day Porter/Office Services Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate mail services, office services, facilities and cleaning services on-site daily, including: supply management, janitorial and facilities vendor relations, light upkeep of the corporate office environment and common area spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic mail services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are great communicators with attention to detail. Excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to grow in their office services, facilities, or hospitality career!
Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM Monday – Friday, On Call Position with guaranteed hours weekly
Compensation: $18.00-$18.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Facilities Services: Cleaning, organizing, and stocking site common areas (ie. breakrooms- stock, clean, maintain area, load/unload dishwasher, order supplies as necessary), coordinating vendor services
- Hospitality services as assigned to support client needs
- Mail and Package services in legal environments
- Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines; taking direction from supervisor or site contact; participating in cross-training
- Maintain all logs and reports with attention to detail
- Adhering to all safety procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Prior cleaning and/or facilities services experience is a plus!
- Computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with aid
