Job Summary
We’re seeking a part-time (25-30 hours a week) Underwriting Case Coordinator to support our life insurance operations. The ideal candidate needs to be able to multi-task, be organized, detailed-oriented, reliable, punctual, friendly, and FLEXIBLE. You’ll work closely with brokers, advisors, and carrier partners to ensure policies move efficiently from application to approval.
Open to hiring college students.
What You’ll Do
- Process new life insurance applications from submission through policy placement
- Maintain accurate policyholder records and handle policy updates
- Communicate with internal teams, outside agents, and carrier home offices
- Serve as the main point of contact for brokers and advisors regarding case status and underwriting
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, workflows, and service expectations
Job Requirements
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
