We are seeking dependable, flexible and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team. In this role, you will support quality assurance operations by performing inspection, sorting, containment, and rework activities in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and touch-point inspections on manufactured products
- Use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment accurately
- Complete sorting, containment, rework, and repair projects
- Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
- Complete quality documentation and administrative paperwork accurately
- Identify quality concerns and report issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support production and quality initiatives as needed
Successful candidates will:
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to follow work instructions and company policies
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred, but not required
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods during shifts
- Perform repetitive movements including grasping, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, and balancing
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in fast pace environment
- Use hands and fingers extensively for tools and inspection equipment
- Pass a near-vision assessment
