What You’ll Do:

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence by effectively managing teams, vendors, equipment, and facility resources.
• Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards.
• Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts.

Who You Are:

• A proven professional with 4 years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field (experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!).
• Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

• Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
