Role Description
We are seeking a charismatic leader who wants to lead the most significant move to strengthen the Israeli narrative on the international stage. The Campus Activities Director is the organization's senior representative on the continent, reporting directly to the Head of Global Division. This role involves intensive fieldwork as the "face" of the organization—standing before audiences, lecturing on campuses, and leading the Israeli story in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Representation & Public Speaking: Frequent appearances before audiences (lectures, panels, workshops) on campuses and in communities, and leading interactive field activities (including VR exhibits).
- Leading the Branch: Building and executing the annual work plan, budget management, prioritizing resources, and real-time decision-making.
- Partnership Development: Mapping the ecosystem, building coalitions, and managing long-term relationships with Jewish communities, pro-Israel organizations, and academic institutions.
- Delegation Support: Coordination, planning, identifying opportunities, and working with Israeli and international delegations in the region.
Requirements
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently across the continent.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Charisma, proven experience standing before audiences, facilitation, and conveying complex messages.
- High Execution Ability: Combining a broad systemic view with a willingness for intensive fieldwork.
- Ownership & Independence: Taking full responsibility and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
- High Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of the Jewish community and campuses in North America.
- Personal & Professional Resilience: Composure, crisis management skills, and the ability to handle challenges and disputes.

- Native-Level English: Superior verbal and written capabilities.

אנו מחפשים מנהיג/ה כריזמטי/ת שרוצה להוביל את המהלך המשמעותי ביותר לחיזוק הנרטיב הישראלי בזירה הבינלאומית. מנהל/ת הפעילות הוא/היא הנציג/ה הבכיר/ה של הארגון ביבשת וכפוף/ה ישירות לראש חטיבת גלובל. זהו תפקיד שכולל עבודת שטח אינטנסיבית כפנים של הארגון – עמידה מול קהל, הרצאות בקמפוסים והובלת הסיפור הישראלי בשטח.
תחומי אחריות
- עמידה בפרונט - הופעה תדירה מול קהלים (הרצאות, פאנלים, סדנאות) בקמפוסים ובקהילות, והובלת פעילויות שטח אינטראקטיביות (כולל מיצגי VR).
- הובלת השלוחה - בנייה ויישום של תוכנית העבודה השנתית כולל משימות (משלחות פנים), ניהול המדריך בשלוחה, ניהול תקציב, תיעדוף משאבים וקבלת החלטות בזמן אמת.
- פיתוח שותפויות - מיפוי האקוסיסטם, בניית קואליציות וניהול קשרים ארוכי טווח עם קהילות יהודיות, ארגונים פרו-ישראליים ומוסדות אקדמיים.
- ליווי משלחות - תיאום, תכנון, איתור הזדמנויות ועבודה עם משלחות ישראליות ובינלאומיות בזירה.
דרישות התפקיד
- נכונות לעבוד בשעות גמישות ונסיעות מרובות ברחבי היבשת.
- יכולות פרזנטציה מעולות - כריזמה, ניסיון בעמידה מול קהל, הנחיה והעברת מסרים מורכבים.
- יכולת ביצועית גבוהה - שילוב של ראייה מערכתית רחבה עם נכונות לעבודת שטח אינטנסיבית.
- Ownership ויכולת עבודה עצמאית - לקיחת אחריות מלאה וקבלת החלטות בסביבה דינמית.
- רגישות תרבותית גבוהה - הבנה עמוקה של הקהילה היהודית והקמפוסים בצפון אמריקה.
