Opportunity Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Senior Accountant to join our expanding team. This is a high-impact role that will work closely with leadership, support multi-entity operations, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries
• Support and manage the monthly billing process for all customers
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including investor and lender compliance reporting
• Provide customer margin analysis, identify key trends, and inform pricing decisions
• Support the annual audit and tax return preparation process, coordinating with external auditors and accountants
• Perform activities associated with the annual budgeting process
• Assist with the integration and management of key accounting functions across 3 entities
• Participate in strategic projects and business analyses to support company growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA pursuit preferred)
• 2 years of proven experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience using NetSuite
• Familiarity with UKG or other payroll systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
