Job Description
Client is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our mobile and web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
- Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement and refine design concepts.
- Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
- Clearly present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to your work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design.
- Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Figma Expertise: 3 years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Clean Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
