ISP Global Inc. is hiring experienced Class A OTR drivers — solo and teams — to haul dry van freight across the lower 48. Keep the wheels turning with consistent miles, modern equipment, and 24/7 support.
Pay
Solo Pay
- $0.70 per mile or 28% of weekly gross
- Bonus pay system
Team Pay (Live Loads, 5,500 miles)
- $0.95 per mile
- $2,500 fixed weekly pay
Sign-On Bonus (Solo & Team — Equal Pay)
- $500 at 3 months
- $1,000 at 6 months
- $1,500 at 12 months
Accessorial Pay
- Layover (Mon–Fri): $100/day
- Breakdown (after 24 hrs): Solo — $100 hotel & taxi | Team — $150 hotel & taxi
- Detention (after 4 hrs): $20/hr (max $100/day)
- Extra Stops (after 2nd stop): $25 per stop
DOT Inspection Bonuses
Clean DOT inspections are rewarded:
- Level 1 (Full Inspection): $350
- Level 2 (Walk-Around): $250
- Level 3 (Driver Only): $200
Referral Bonus
- Solo Driver Referral: $700
- Team Driver Referral: $1,000
Home Time
- Out 3–4 weeks, home 3–4 days

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR — no major violations in the last 3 years
- No DUIs, no felonies, not currently in SAP
- Comfortable running all 48 states (solo or team)
