Production Machine Operator – Paper Machine (2nd Shift)

ISOVOLTA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Rutland, Vermont.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Occasional overtime, as needed
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Starting Pay: $23.60/hour
- $20.09/hour base rate $2.01/hour for 3 hazards and 1 qualification $1.50/hour shift differiential
- Earn an additional $0.50/hour for each additional machine qualification learned
- $30 Weekly Attendance Bonus
- Up to $200 Monthly KPI Performance Bonus

What You'll Do
As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality materials while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues and identify maintenance needs
- Monitor production efficiency and quality standards
- Perform quality inspections and document production data
- Enter material usage and production information into SAP
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
