Position Summary
The Salesperson is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, converting qualified leads into booked events, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process. This role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented professional who can consistently meet revenue targets while upholding the company’s standards of communication and service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries
- Conduct client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and structured manner
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure seamless handoff after booking
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners
Qualifications
