📢Hiring for UK / US Voice Process – Walk-In on 4th & 5th Feb 2025

Job Role: Customer Care Representative (Voice Process)

Industry: IT Services & Consulting

Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Noida (Sector-144)

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

🚫 Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, Law Graduates, or Regular Students.

✔ Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in UK/US inbound calling (preferably in the banking sector) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.

✅ Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.

🔄 Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues.

🎯 Maintain first-call resolution and schedule adherence.

📊 Keep records updated in escalation logs, complaint trackers, and customer data security protocols.

💡 Participate in team activities and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (both verbal & written).
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle UK/US customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
