CPP Lead (2nd Shift)

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a CPP Lead for the CPP department at our Ridgeway, SC facility.

Schedule: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM M-F (Overtime, including extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: E

Compensation: $24.75 per hour *includes a $1.25 shift premium

*Note- Employees will receive skill level "D" compensation during the certification period *

The Role:

The CPP Lead is responsible for leading the CPP process and ensuring the team meets shift production goals. Additionally, this role must become certified to perform and train all the positions listed below:

• CPP Packer
• CPP Puncher
• CPP Operator
• Ply Up Operator

Internal Eligibility:

• Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• Attendance Infractions must not exceed 3 points.
• Must be able to work for extended hours and weekends and support other shifts as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
