Assigned Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)
Skill Level: B
Compensation: $17.50 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential

The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials throughout the plant. This position is also accountable for cross-training and providing break relief to all level A and B positions, within the finishing department.

- Previous forklift experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
- In this role you may be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
