What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional, consistent service
- Craft high‑quality cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision
- Maintain daily bar operations, inventory, restocking, and cleanliness
- Use Toast POS for orders, cash handling, and sales tracking
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and connect with guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen for pairings, specials, and events
- Follow all responsible serving, safety, and cash‑handling procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong bartending experience in restaurant, fine dining, or nightlife settings
- Leadership ability and confidence taking ownership of the bar program
- POS proficiency (Toast) and solid cash‑handling skills
- Excellent time management and a calm, upbeat presence during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, alcohol laws, and responsible service
