- THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT POSITION AND IS 100% ON SITE*
- Fluency in Mandarin is Preferred*
- Design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, encompassing both Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and Azure cloud services.
- Lead cloud architecture planning and design for migrations, upgrades, and new deployments across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 services.
- Define best practices for implementing Microsoft 365 workloads in hybrid or cloud-only environments.
- Architect and implement solutions in Azure, including identity management (Azure AD), networking, storage, compute, and security configurations.
- Design and manage Azure AD for seamless identity and access management across the enterprise.
- Implement Azure governance frameworks, including policies, compliance, and monitoring to ensure secure and efficient use of cloud resources.
- Configure hybrid connectivity solutions using tools like Azure AD Connect, Azure VPN, and ExpressRoute.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Provide architectural oversight for the setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams, ensuring proper integration with other Office 365 services and on-premises systems.
- Lead migration efforts from legacy systems (Exchange, SharePoint, etc.) to Office 365, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
- Implement and manage compliance, retention, and governance policies using Office 365 tools like Microsoft Compliance Center and Security & Compliance Center.
- Implement and enforce security controls, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements through Azure AD roles, encryption, and auditing features.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to continuously monitor and enhance security postures within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Develop and implement automation for Microsoft 365 workloads using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps to streamline operational tasks.
- Optimize costs and performance of Microsoft 365 services through monitoring and tuning.
- Drive the adoption of new features and services in Microsoft 365 and Azure, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft 365, providing guidance and mentorship to IT teams and end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop roadmaps, strategy, and vision for the cloud architecture.
- Lead and manage architecture reviews, ensuring that design choices meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
