Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager -Project Coordinator to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and maintain long-term client relationships. Responsibilities :
- Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable.
- Support negotiations on MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and cooperation agreements.
- Manage opportunities and support invoice processes within the Salesforce system.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related marketing, computer science, HR, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in account management, project management , or project coordination.
- Experience working in a client-facing role with strong relationship-building abilities .
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong team player with solid cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience in resource management is preferred.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
