Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and support Windows OS issues
  • Basic networking troubleshooting and support
  • Handle user maintenance requests (permissions, access, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot basic WiFi issues
  • Provide printer and scanner support
  • Support content filtering systems
  • Troubleshoot 3rd-party applications
  • Perform new user onboardings
  • Navigate basic O365 functions
  • Maintain and update customer network documentation in near real-time

Required Experience

  • 3 years Windows desktop support
  • 3 years printer and scanner support
  • Windows NTFS management
  • Basic LAN networking
  • Managed WiFi systems configuration & troubleshooting
  • MSP experience preferred

Must Haves

  • Extremely committed and responsible
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Quick learner, resolution-oriented, hungry to grow
  • Excellent customer service skills (phone & email)
  • Self-starter who looks for ways to improve processes & services

Nice To Have (Not Required)

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A , Network , etc.)
  • Prior MSP experience
