Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and support Windows OS issues
- Basic networking troubleshooting and support
- Handle user maintenance requests (permissions, access, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic WiFi issues
- Provide printer and scanner support
- Support content filtering systems
- Troubleshoot 3rd-party applications
- Perform new user onboardings
- Navigate basic O365 functions
- Maintain and update customer network documentation in near real-time
- 3 years Windows desktop support
- 3 years printer and scanner support
- Windows NTFS management
- Basic LAN networking
- Managed WiFi systems configuration & troubleshooting
- MSP experience preferred
- Extremely committed and responsible
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Quick learner, resolution-oriented, hungry to grow
- Excellent customer service skills (phone & email)
- Self-starter who looks for ways to improve processes & services
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A , Network , etc.)
- Prior MSP experience
