Marketing Content & Project Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Content & Project Specialist who’s ready to build their career in a fast-moving environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization—and is excited to roll up their sleeves to support day-to-day marketing operations while learning and growing.

What You’ll Do

• Keep marketing running smoothly—manage Salesforce requests, calendars, and GTM tracking
• Create and launch content across multiple channels (email, social, blogs, and more)
• Partner with teams to develop and update marketing materials and campaigns
• Support AI/AEO optimization efforts to boost content visibility
• Track competitors, explore new tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years of marketing experience
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and creativity
• A self-starter mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Experience with project management, calendars, and marketing tools
• Interest or experience in AI/AEO optimization

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
