Position Summary
The Front-End / Back-End Associate is a flexible, hands-on team member who can support both guest-facing service and behind-the-scenes operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, helping customers, working as part of a team, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
Associates help guide guests through their experience, check customers in, explain safety rules, answer questions, support sales and POS transactions, reset rooms, restock supplies, clean customer and activity areas, and prepare the facility for the next session. The right candidate will be comfortable alternating between front-end customer interactions and back-end physical tasks during each shift.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the guest experience
- Greet guests, complete check-ins, explain safety rules, and answer customer questions
- Assist guests with packages, upgrades, merchandise, waivers, and basic POS transactions
- Reset rage rooms, splatter rooms, and axe-throwing lanes between sessions
- Restock breakables, supplies, paint materials, tools, and other session items
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying, cleaning, setup, breakdown, and general facility upkeep
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe customer areas, activity rooms, and back-end work areas
- Communicate with teammates and managers to keep sessions moving on time
- Support busy periods, weekends, special events, and high-volume shifts
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy entertainment environment
- Able to switch between guest-facing responsibilities and physical back-end tasks as needed
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly and stay active throughout a shift
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed
- Broad availability to work during any store opening hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior customer service, retail, warehouse, operations, or entertainment experience preferred
- Comfortable driving a 26 ft box truck is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week, with broad availability required during any store opening hours based on operational needs
Pay: $16 - $19 depending on experience
