iSmash Katy is hiring a Back-End Retail Associate to handle behind-the-scenes operations in our fast-paced entertainment center.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical work.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and follow inventory procedures
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory shipments
- Prepare activity packages and materials for scheduled sessions
- Set up, reset, and clean activity rooms between bookings
- Clean and prepare customer safety gear
- Remove waste and debris efficiently throughout the day
- Clean and restock the facility before opening and after closing
- Coordinate with front-end staff to ensure seamless operations
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For

- Available evenings and weekends
Experience in warehouse, stock, or backroom roles is a plus — but not required.
