We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our iSmash family. Team members help create an amazing guest experience by assisting customers, maintaining clean and safe environments, and helping ensure operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression
- Check guests in and explain activities and safety rules
- Assist with waivers and reservations
- Monitor guest experiences and maintain safety standards
- Clean and reset rooms between sessions
- Stock supplies and organize equipment
- Answer customer questions and assist with front desk duties
- Handle payments and basic POS transactions
- Help maintain a fun, upbeat atmosphere
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
