Marketing Manager – Multifamily (Digital Focus)
Lead digital marketing efforts that drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support leasing success across a growing multifamily portfolio.
What You’ll Do
· Manage digital marketing efforts for multiple apartment communities, including community websites, apartment listing sites (ILS platforms such as Apartments.com and Zillow), and online advertising campaigns.
· Create, schedule, and oversee social media content, while helping manage online reputation and resident review response strategy.
· Track and analyze lead sources, campaign performance, and market trends to improve traffic, conversions, and leasing results.
· Conduct competitive market surveys to support pricing, promotions, and concession strategies.
· Partner with Property Managers and Regional teams on community marketing plans, lease-up efforts, and local outreach strategies.
· Coordinate model unit presentation, photography, and overall visual standards.
· Review marketing vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and invoices.
· Stay current on multifamily marketing, digital advertising, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
· 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred;* multifamily, property management, or digital marketing* experience is a plus.
· Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO basics, Google Ads, Meta advertising, or similar tools, is a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with on-site and regional teams.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple platforms.
· Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
