About The Role
We are seeking friendly, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide bag service, including loading and unloading golf bags
- Clean, stage, and store golf carts
- Maintain driving range (picking, washing, and setting balls)
- Assist with practice facilities and course set-up
- Keep staging areas, cart barn, and practice facilities clean and organized
- Support golf operations staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior golf or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
