What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Senior Living position at Islebrook Village at Wiscasset?
Islebrook Village is Maine's newest senior living community, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments for rent. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic servers to join our third-party dining services team.
As a dining room server, it is your responsibility to ensure that the finest in service is provided to the residents. Steps of service are in place to ensure that residents/clients receive consistent and efficient service.
As a dining room server, you will be responsible for :
· Properly set tables in assigned section to standard
· Complete all assigned side work to standard
· Provide friendly and sincere service to all residents and guests by following steps of service
· Show up for all scheduled shift in proper uniform and on time
· Be knowledgeable of menu items available for service
· Follow all procedures in place
· Assist fellow teammates as needed
As a dining room server, it is the responsibility of the team to ensure that all residents/clients are taken care of and provided the finest in service. We are guests in the residents’ home and as such need to show that respect. We have the ability to positively impact the residents and their life with our quality food and service. Our interactions with the residents should be genuine and sincere.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
