Island Wide Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Holbrook, NY, currently hiring motivated and dependable Delivery Drivers. We are looking for qualified individuals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and show up ready to perform every day.

- Deliver Amazon packages safely and on time
- Drive responsibly and treat company vehicles with care
- Finish your route and return home safely

About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in safely delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses throughout the community. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position best suited for energetic, reliable individuals who enjoy working independently while still being part of a strong team.
We are a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner offering:
- Predefined delivery routes
- Comfortable Amazon delivery vans equipped with the latest safety features

- Full dispatcher and Amazon operations support throughout your route

This position is currently assigned to a temporary station location in Shirley, NY. Strong attendance, safety, and performance may lead to a permanent position opportunity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $23 per hour
- Overtime pay after 40 hours (time-and-a-half)
- Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) starting on Day 1

Schedule
- Typical shifts are 10 hours per day
- 4–5 days per week
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- No at-fault accidents
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform a minimum of 25 stops per hour
