About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and creative Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team and help elevate Island Way’s presence across social media, influencer marketing, and integrated brand campaigns. This role will provide expert guidance and actionable insights across all digital touchpoints to ensure cohesive, data-driven marketing performance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in culture — from TikTok trends and creator partnerships to product launches and brand moments that make people smile.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who is passionate about food, creativity, and building community around brands people love.
What You’ll DoSocial Media & Content
- Assist in Island Way’s social media channels management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — including planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement creative campaigns that bring our brand story to life through visual content, storytelling, and trend participation.
- Identify emerging social media platforms and new digital channels that offer opportunities to engage Island Way’s target audiences and expand brand reach.
- Explore new and trending social platforms to find creative ways for Island Way to connect with new audiences and build community.
- Keep a pulse on what’s next — identify up-and-coming social media platforms, trends, and communities where Island Way can show more brand personality.
- Join relevant cultural conversations in an authentic, timely way that strengthens Island Way’s brand voice and connection with consumers.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and creators who embody Island Way’s fun, fresh, and inclusive vibe.
- Lead influencer campaigns — from identification, product gifting, and performance reporting.
- Manage the influencer calendar and coordinate collaborations around key seasonal moments, retail launches, and brand campaigns.
- Bring creative ideas for tapping into pop culture, trends, and moments that spark engagement and keep Island Way part of the conversation.
Integrated Marketing
- Support cross-functional initiatives that tie together social, digital, PR, and retail activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to bring brand moments to life across touchpoints — from new product launches to experiential events.
- Monitor social trends and cultural moments to help Island Way show up where conversations are happening — with content that feels fresh, relevant, and true to our brand.
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid and organic digital growth channels — including search and display advertising (Google Ads, retargeting, programmatic), SEO and content marketing (blog strategy, keyword optimization, backlink building), and e-commerce initiatives (product listings, promotional campaigns, and on-site user experience).
- Plan, design, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns — including content creation, segmentation, automation, and analytics — to increase engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze social and influencer KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep Island Way top-of-mind and culturally relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in CPG, food, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record managing social media accounts and influencer partnerships that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong creative instincts, with an eye for what works on TikTok and Instagram.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
