Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in compliance with health standards.
- Help with catering or banquet setups to ensure timely and organized service during events.
- Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
