What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Detailer + Minor Fiberglass Repairs position at Island Watersports?
Primary responsibility will be detailing throughout the year. Heavier volume in the spring with steady work throughout the year. Use of buffers, compounds, sanders, and various cleaning solutions. Ceramic coating experience a plus. Will have opportunity to work out of a brand new service facility.
Light gel coat and fiberglass repairs will also be preformed (willing to train on this).
In the fall shrink wrapping and power washing may be needed. Spring assistance with bottom painting may help fill gaps in schedule.
Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
