The BUFFET Restaurant Supervisor serves as an ambassador for Island View Casino and the outlet. The Restaurant Supervisor leads and supports the front-of-house restaurant staff in providing guests with the delivery of a truly unique environment and dining experience.
The Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the outlet to ensure all quality and safety standards and procedures are being met, monitors and adjusts staffing based on business needs, maintains work schedules and timekeeping records for assigned staff, directs, trains, and monitors the performance of staff to maintain effective employee relationships. Ensures that the assigned team adheres to company policies and safety practices, provides guidance, issue resolution support, feedback, and coaching when necessary, and ensures that assigned teams have the information and resources necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities.
