The Golf Course Maintenance provides general labor in maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, golf course facilities, buildings and grounds as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general repairs, maintain and clean all general areas as needed
Repair, maintain, monitor all equipment and facilities.
Performs a variety of duties in the areas of cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC.
Completes regular maintenance tasks such as, replacing light bulbs, filter, etc.
Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments.
Performs preventive maintenance and properly complete all associated paperwork in timely manner for assigned equipment.
