Responsibilities
- Ensure customer/guest satisfaction while performing duties
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Proactively assist fellow staff members in filling in gaps of service (cashiering, serving, bussing, etc.)
- Coach, develop, and train all Staffing in Department
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Opening and Closing Duties
- Scheduling Front of House Employees
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1-3 years Restaurant Fast-Casual Management Experience
- Current & Valid SNHD Food Handler Card & Tam Card
- Experience w/Japanese Cuisine preferred
