With multiple locations across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, were known for our professional, clean, and welcoming atmosphere offering UV tanning, sunless spray tanning, red light therapy, and more.Were currently seeking motivated Sales Consultants who enjoy working with people, meeting goals, and helping clients look and feel their best.ResponsibilitiesGreet and consult clients in a friendly, professional mannerRecommend tanning, sunless spray, red-light therapy, memberships, and retail productsMeet and exceed monthly sales goals and commission targetsMaintain a clean, organized salon (bed and room turnover, sanitizing equipment)Assist with check-ins, phone calls, scheduling, and POS transactionsSupport promotions, merchandising, and referral programsQualifications12 years face-to-face sales or customer service experience (retail, fitness, spa, hospitality)Proven ability to hit sales metrics or commission goalsComfortable selling memberships and working toward sales goalsStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, professional, and detail-orientedFlexible availability including evenings and weekendsComfortable with cleaning and being on your feet during shiftsOpenness to trainingFlexible availability including weekends
