The ideal candidate may be required to work Saturday mornings and some evenings.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and inviting attitude
- Answer and refer inquiries in person or on the telephone
- Schedule appointments and ensure patient satisfaction
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records
- Collect co-pays and reconcile credit extended to patients
- Call treating physicians to obtain updated prescriptions for treatment
- Obtain Plan of Cares from treating physicians and update the system
- Maintain patient records and files
- Manage business office inventory and equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- One year of Physical Therapy/Medical office experience
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and EMR
- Strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or GED is required
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
