Candidates should possess the following competencies:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Understands the process of dialysis treatments
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Water Treatment Certification
- Appropriate Dialysis Equipment Certifications
- Basic computer knowledge
