Maintenance Technician

The Job

You will handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our vacation rental properties on Anna Maria Island, which could include appliance, plumbing & HVAC repair, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical work. Your work will have direct impact on our guests' overall experience during their stay, and every day brings something different to the job.

What You Need

• 2 years maintenance, handyman, or trade experience with knowledge of most basic repairs.
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Can lift up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Requirements

• Saturdays and Mondays required. Most Sundays off.
• After hours on-call team rotation (compensated).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
