Overview
Island Provisions is looking for an experienced shift leader and barista to help lead our team during service. Talented baristas with leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Help lead the team during service to ensure ticket times are met and quality food and beverages are being served
- Learn and familiarize yourself with all FOH positions (cashier, barista, runner)
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations set by the Department of Agriculture
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, teas, smoothies, cocktails, beer/wine)
- Take orders and assist guests with any needs or questions
- Restock retail items and ensure proper display
- Ensure proper storage of all food and beverage items
- Assist in completing all other tasks required by FOH team
- Complete any additional tasks provide by upper management & ownership
Qualifications
- ServSafe Certificate
- Previous Leadership Experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Barista Experience (2 years minimum)
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
