Primary responsibilities is purchasing equipment materials, supplies and tools using electronic purchasing system to generate purchase orders and place orders directly with vendors and suppliers. Utilize system reorder function to properly order quantities of products needed. Less than 75 of time is spent maintaining the warehouse and providing service to technicians by issuing equipment materials, supplies and tools and maintaining the warehouse by stocking , receiving materials, supplies and tools efficiently. Specialists electronically check in and out materials and equipment, parts and materials.

1. Primary responsibilities is purchasing equipment materials, supplies and tools using electronic purchasing system to generate purchase orders and place orders directly with vendors and suppliers. Utilize system reorder function to properly order quantities of products needed. Utilize Yardi management system to manage, issue and order all inventory and equipment as per guidelines. Ensure that warehouse(s) are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained in accordance with the current maintenance activities of the project. Ensure that company policies are followed for purchasing, receiving and stocking materials.
2. May be responsible for special order purchases.
3. Support providing supplies to technicians and employees or maintenance activities by issuing equipment materials, supplies and tools physically and electronically.
4. Maintaining the warehouse by stocking , receiving, materials, supplies and tools efficiently both physically and electronically.
5. Responsible for ensuring safe, clean and tidy warehouse and maintenance facilities and comply with proper safety and environmental policies for storage and recording and reporting requirements (including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials).
6. Maintain tool and equipment logs for all Project owned tools. Ensure all are maintained in working order. Inform Maintenance Manager of Director of Facilities of tool and equipment requirements.
7. Support regular warehouse and vehicle inventories in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Maintain refuse and recycling collections for maintenance operations.
