Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Associate located in City of Industry, CA. The Human Resources Associate will handle a variety of HR-related tasks, including managing HR operations, supporting training and development initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with employees. The role will require ensuring compliance with employment policies, assisting in talent acquisition, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) principles
- Experience in Training & Development programs, with a focus on employee growth and learning
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for fostering effective internal and external relationships
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
