Part-Time Physical Therapist/Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist /Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position: Physical Therapist/ Physical therapy assistant
Schedule: Part-Time (Monday , wednesday and Friday afternoons, in long run for mornings same as monday, wednesday and fridays. )
Location: [Patchogue]
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient assessments and treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients with diverse conditions
- Document progress notes and maintain compliance with insurance/Medicare standards
- Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [NY]
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outpatient/orthopedic experience preferred (but not required)
- Professional individual liability insurance
- Preferably medicare provider and experience with WEB PT software platform is a plus
