- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain electronic health records using eClinicalWorks or Epic software
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient service best practices
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or Epic software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
