Responsibilities
- Assist in the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently to prepare for new guests
- Support servers by bussing tables and assisting with guest needs as directed
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during handling, serving, and presentation of dishes
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the house
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or garnishing dishes
- Operate POS systems
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is advantageous
