What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate at ISLAND JACKS, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service with a professional attitude. - Handle basic register duties, including processing customer transactions. - Restock, fold, organize, and move merchandise to keep the store looking its best. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Follow directions from managers/owners to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Work collaboratively with coworkers to create a positive team atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is: - Dependable and punctual, with the ability to communicate if any issues arise. - Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary. - Willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. - Honest, responsible, and eager to learn. - Able to stay off personal phones during work unless approved. - Friendly and professional when interacting with customers and coworkers.
