Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, efficient Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and plating food to our quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen area
- Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and on time
- Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
