Cabinet Warehouse Manager

Overview

A rapidly growing custom cabinet company in Hawaii is looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order preparation, and coordination with production and installation teams. This role ensures that materials, hardware, and finished products are efficiently organized, accurately tracked, and ready for timely delivery and installation.

Relocating to Hawaii is mandatory.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Hire and train new cabinet laborers and crew members
• Manage the receiving, storage, and organization of materials and finished cabinets
• Coordinate with production to prepare and stage orders for delivery or installation
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems
• Oversee scheduled maintenance of machines
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards before shipment
• Maintain acceptable production levels and help ensure deadlines are met for customer orders

Skills include (but are not limited to):

• Proven experience overseeing warehouse operations in a custom cabinet, woodworking, or related environment
• Familiarity with cabinet parts, materials, and hardware
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong inventory management experience
• Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and highly accountable
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and team management skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
