Job description
A rapidly growing custom cabinet company in Hawaii is looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Operations Manager to oversee production from design through assembly. The role involves managing workflows, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Experience with custom cabinets, KCD design software, and CNC/edgebanding machines is required. Relocation to Hawaii is also mandatory.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Using Sketchup or 2020 to design kitchens
- Programming the CNC cabinet builds in KCD
- Managing day to day company operations
- Hiring and training new crew members, designers, other employees
- Managing bidding process and ensuring all jobs are profitable
- Managing production crew to ensure cabinets are produced efficiently, accurately, and quality standards are met
- Identifying bottlenecks and pain points and implementing systems and processes to handle these bottlenecks
Skills include (but not limited to):
- KCD experience Mandatory
- CNC operation experience
- Managing Custom cabinet operations experience Mandatory
- Accountable and able to hit timelines
