This is much more than a retail position. Our consultants educate, encourage, build relationships, and help our guests achieve their skincare, wellness, and tanning goals in a clean, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Educate clients on UV tanning, spray tanning, skincare, sunless products, and wellness services.
- Recommend memberships, packages, lotions, and retail products based on each client’s individual goals.
- Perform custom airbrush spray tans (training provided if needed).
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the salon, including tanning rooms, equipment, lobby, and common areas.
- Sanitize equipment according to state regulations and company standards.
- Open and close the salon following established procedures.
- Accurately process transactions using our POS system.
- Answer phones, text messages, social media inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Help create an inviting, luxury experience for every guest from start to finish.
- Restock retail inventory and keep displays clean, organized, and attractive.
- Assist with promotions, events, community outreach, and social media when needed.
- Work independently while also supporting the team during busy periods.
- Consistently meet sales goals through education—not pressure.

Compensation includes hourly pay, tips, commissions, bonuses, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.
Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
