Our growing cash‑pay walk‑in clinic and med spa is seeking an experienced, patient‑focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This role blends urgent/walk‑in care with aesthetics and wellness services, offering a fast‑paced but supportive environment with no insurance hassles, no RVUs, and no corporate red tape.
You’ll work with a small, efficient clinical team and enjoy the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
The Nurse Practitioner provides walk‑in primary/urgent care services, performs aesthetic and wellness treatments, and supports the clinic’s mission of delivering efficient, compassionate, cash‑pay care. Ideal for an NP who enjoys variety, independence, and a positive, patient‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
Walk‑In / Urgent Care
- Evaluate and treat common acute conditions (URI, UTI, minor injuries, rashes, etc.)
- Perform physical exams, order labs/imaging, and develop treatment plans
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, injections, and medication administration
- Document efficiently in EMR
Med Spa / Wellness Services
(Training available if needed)
- Administer aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins, fillers, IV therapy, and wellness injections
- Perform weight‑loss consultations and medication management
- Provide patient education on skincare, wellness, and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, compliant treatment environment
⭐ Minimum Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- 1–2 years of experience in urgent care, primary care, ER, or walk‑in clinic
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient‑service skills
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Aesthetic experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- BLS/ACLS certification

- Experience with injectables, IV therapy, or wellness medicine
- Confidence with minor procedures
- Interest in aesthetics, wellness, and patient‑experience‑driven care
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,537.27 per year
