Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist located in Venice, FL. The Audiologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing and balance disorders. Responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, fitting and programming hearing aids, providing counseling and education to patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical audiology, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and managing vestibular disorders
- Strong communication and counseling skills to provide patient education and address individual care needs
- Experience with advanced audiological equipment and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff
- Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- State licensure and certification according to regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in a clinical or ENT setting is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to holistic, patient-centered care
